An artist manager guides the professional career of artists in the entertainment industry. The responsibility of the artist manager is to oversee the day-to-day business affairs of an artist; advise and counsel talent concerning professional matters, long-term plans and personal decisions which may affect their career.

Glen Willows has managed the careers of Inward Eye (RCA Records signed by Clive Davis and Peter Edge) with Coalition Ent., Ash Koley (Nettwerk Records) with Terry McBride, McMaster & James (VIK/BMG), and Tele. 

He discovered Remy Shand (Motown/Universal) who has sold close to a million cds worldwide, and was nominated for Manager of the Year at the Western Canada Music Awards. He works out of Winnipeg, Manitoba - he is also an original member of Western Canadian Hall of Fame Award-winning group Harlequin.
